is there away to restrict the ability for a user to change their "Identity" under Preferences in Adobe Acrobat?

Hello,

We currently use the Stamps in Adobe to document and route certain documents across the org.  However, it would be ideal if someone didn't have the ability to go into Preferences, and Identity and change the dynamic name that is on the stamp.  Is it possible to lock this down?
