Hello,
We had about 30 Adobe users in our Adobe VIP and they would be migrated to Enpterprise.
They have gotten mail for finish VIP profile but some of them has not cliked the mail and therefore their license has not been migrated.
As long as I know, they have not get any error message in program so they can continue to use but when I log on as them and go to "manage account", under account infomration there is a e-mail address instead of Enterprise ID.
We have tested to delete and add users from Adobe Enterprise Dashbord but it does not helped.
What should we do?
