Hello Adobe people! I would like to create a form where you can fill out a few of text boxes at the top, and then it shows up underneath as a log. So the log underneath will have the three columns that line up with the title of the text boxes. I want the same form to be able to do that multiple times so we can keep track of things. The text that they enter in the text boxes will not always be the same text. For example, one of the text boxes will be "date", which will change for every day they enter the "Activity" for that day. "Activity" will be the 2nd text box, and then "other notes" will be the third.
