Error Message "this form cannot be edited in acrobat. Please use adobe LiveCycle Designer to edit this form"

Dear Sir or Madam,

I found a problem when tried to Add text to PDF form as message "this form cannot be edited in acrobat. Please use adobe LiveCycle Designer to edit this form" I'm bit confuse that our product that I have didn't enough to Add text or not. Please help to suggest me.
