How can I restrict access to Acrobat X on W2K8R2 RDS via GPO or AD Groups

I need to installed Acrobat X on a Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Server and restrict who can access the app, preferably via GPO or AD Group membership (i.e. remove the Acrobat toolbar from Office)
