In my current organization we've been using single license installs for adobe acrobat. Everything was fine at the time.. but now that we're growing larger our department that does a lot of print-to-pdf functions
has been asking for standardized settings in the adobe printer object. We could nightmarish-ly set each one manually but we want to avoid that. What are our options to move to an enterprise managed product.

I'm the lead on the particular project and i'm just looking for some guidance. How to we go about making the change?

Can we keep our existing licenses that we've paid for or is that considered a loss?

Are the adobe printer object settings something we can manage?
