I have an account with adobe. I was using the send for signature but it stopped working. I talked to someone at Adobe and they said to setup adobe acrobat dc but this is only a thirty day trial....

Can someone please look up my account and see what I have already paid for and reinstall whatever I paid for. I need the send for signature portion of acrobat or something similar.

Sharepoint 2013 PDF check out and open option
A few months back I made the change to my DOCICON.xml file to enable the integration with Acrobat and Sharepoint to prompt the user to "Check Out and Open" PDF files in document libraries in Sharepoint 2013. It worked fine and as expected.
After applying CU's to Sharepoint up to October 2013, this function seems to have gone away. I verified that the DOCICON.xml settings are correct. Ex: <Mapping Key="pdf" Value="pdficon_small.png" OpenControl="AdobeAcrobat.OpenDocuments" />
I can still get the "check out..." prompt if I open the document libraries with Windows Explorer, but not when PDF's are opened directly on Sharepoint. I have a support case opened with Microsoft, but they seem to point the problem at Adobe.
I have verified that the AcroPDF.dll is on each client and is enabled in IE. The PDF files open with Acrobat, but the check out prompt is not showing up unless I open the Sharepoint library with Explorer.
Have tried different Acrobat versions (10 and 11) as well as different IE versions (9,10,11)..etc...and Windows 7 or Windows 8, but the check out function does not seem to work when opening PDF's directly from Sharepoint 2013

Text is transparent (invisible) when I type!
Deleting a word was no problem. Come time to implant the empty space with text (with text tool) no joy. Just transparent (invisible) letters. Any suggestions what is causing this? Much appreciated.

I am using Adobe DC on Android but cannot DUPLICATE files stored in the "Document Cloud". I can duplicate local files but I want to copy files in the document cloud as I have a template there and want to duplicate it for day to day use. Can anyone help please? thank you

User cannot sign in on new laptop - working remotely
I am both the Enterprise administrator and the designated user for Adobe Document Cloud eSign account - 1 year subscription started 1/Dec/2015.
I am working remotely on my laptop while on vacation in Italy - normally use my desktop working from home in London.
It seems I cannot install the Adobe app that I have downloaded using the Adobe Acrobat installer: acrobatproDC_EpotZJynSsSpcHQMP9UOVw0409.
Although I can login both as an Administrator and as a user (different Adobe IDs for two different email addresses) I am unable to see our dashboard, use Adobe Acrobate to add text to PDFs and I cannot send contracts for signing - I need urgent help please.

How many users am I licensed for. Acrobat 10 STD & PRO

Acrobat DC activation exception causes license issues with Master Collection build
Working with Acrobat DC, found the method to create an exception for the master image. Ran the command before saving the image. Acrobat now works (doesn't ask for a login), but my previous install of the Master Collection, which ran with another prov.xml licensing solution has reverted back to it's unlicensed conditon. The Acrobat DC exception also removes the credentials from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Is there anyway to make these pieces of software play nice for imaging?

User unable to open Acrobat
I have just installed Acrobat DC on a users machine. I am able to run it OK on my login (a domain admin account), but they are unable to open it at all (tried as a regular user and as a local admin).
Program appearers in task manager for a second and then closes. I have had it running on this logon before but it was closing Acrobat after being open for 30 seconds.
Currently running the latest version of DC on a fully patched windows 7 Pro laptop.

How can the menu item " SignIn / Sign Out " ( Menu : Help > SignIn / Sign Out ) are hidden / disabled (Adobe Acrobat DC)?

Edition of DC installed
We have Acrobat Writer DC 2015 Standard and Professional. When looking in ADD/Remove programs and in the Registry. Where can I look on machines to tell what version they have installed? Opening the program is not an option.

burning adobe pro file with paths to dvd
Good morning folks,
I'm attempting to burn a PDF file to disk created in Acrobat XI (ver 11.0.13), that references files in a folder on the root of the disk. I am unable to change the file path so that when it's on a disk and given to someone else, that they are able to open the referenced file from clicking on a bookmark. I have been able to do this in the past, but I'm thinking it may have been before we upgraded our Acrobat.
Any help would be appreciated.

I need to find out that users have adobe acrobat pro/std installed but not using Write,create etc.. features. I am sequencing Acrobat Standard DC and have followed the app-v deployment guide App-V Deployment: Acrobat DC — Enterprise Administration Guide but our VDI environment is user-based and not machine-based so deploying globally will not work.
Is there any way I can deploy using the userconfig.xml and ensure the license is activated?

Adobe Acrobat Citrix Provisioning
Hi,
I work for an IT service provider and we are in the process of taking on a new customer’s IT infrastructure. At present the customer has a series of desktop PCs all with Adobe Acrobat Standard installed. The new solution we are providing for them is a thin client Citrix environment and I need to understand our licensing obligations for this.
I have searched for your Citrix policy and have found the following document around Acrobat licensing.

I have extracted the part specifically for Citrix:
Hosted server software (e.g., Citrix)
Acrobat may be installed and used on hosted server software server for direct usage by end users (no automated, programmatic, or scripted usage or other restrictions as stated in the EULA) so long as each individual named user with access to the application and/or the Acrobat print driver must have a license. (For example - 100 named users have hosted server software access. Out of those 100 users, only 50 have access to the Acrobat application and/or the Acrobat print driver. This would require 50 Acrobat licenses.)
Licenses are intended to be fixed NOT concurrent. In other words, you can’t remove access for one user in order to give that access to a different user and then return access back to the original user. Users should be static. Notwithstanding the foregoing, permanent switchovers are acceptable (i.e., an employee has left the company). No sharing of a single hosted server software ID. Each End User must have his own unique login to hosted server software to use Acrobat. No usage in which the user population would be uncountable. (For example – no use of a shared ID that allows multiple people to log into a shared hosted server software account to use Acrobat. This would create an uncountable user population).
The customer does not need to purchase a license for the hosted server software.
This states that licenses must be fixed to users but does not state how they need to be locked down within Citrix. The way we are looking to provide Adobe Acrobat Standard is to set it up as a “Published Application” in Citrix. This will be associated with an Active Directory group and then only users within that group will have access to the application. We can then ensure that we have sufficient licenses to cover all members of the group. Can you please confirm via email to me that this meets all licensing requirements. If you have any documentation that covers this in detail could you please provide them.
I have contacted your customer support and they could not provide an answer on this and I’m sure this is something you will have been asked before.
